Exploring Noods

Exploring Noods
In 1958, a man named Momofuku Ando unknowingly revolutionized the average college student's diet forever by inventing Instant Ramen!

Due to the influx of wheat coming into Japan post World War II, the government actively encouraged citizens to eat bread. Ando candidly criticized their policy, "With bread, you need toppings or side dishes. But the Japanese are eating it only with tea. It is not good for their nutritional balance. In the East, there is a long tradition of eating noodles. Why not also promote noodles, which the Japanese already enjoy, as a flour-based food?"

To this insult, the health ministry replied, "Why don't you solve this problem?" And he did. Voila! Instant Ramen was born.

After its invention, an estimated 100 billion servings of instant ramen are consumed worldwide every year. Discover various styles of ramen from different regions now!
