Azuki (Red Bean) finished only with salt and sugar and no extra additives. The beans used are "Kitaroman" from Tokachi, Hokkaido. Kitaroman is characterized by a large size plump and beautiful color, which is flatter than conventional azuki beans. 

Use in salads, soups, chilies, vegetarian burgers, and anko - a sweet red bean paste used in Japanese desserts.
