Hakata is one of the most famous ramen styles in Japan. This particular ramen is from Nagahama, Fukuoka. It has a rich, milky, pork-bone tonkotsu broth and rather thin, non-curly, and resilient noodles.

How to use: Bring 500ml of water to boil on a stove. Add one bunch of noodles and cook for approximately 3 minutes 30 seconds, or until noodles are at the desired softness. Turn off heat and add one sachet each of powdered soup and seasoning oil. Stir through to combine.
