Marutai Kumamoto Tonkotsu Ramen is made with broth obtained by slowly boiling pork and chicken bones, vegetables, and adding black garlic oil seasoning. The ma-yu, or black garlic, oil is a characteristic of Kumamoto ramen.

How to use: Bring 500ml of water to boil on a stove. Add one bunch of noodles and cook for approximately 3 minutes 30 seconds, or until noodles are at the desired softness. Turn off heat and add one sachet each of powdered soup and seasoning oil. Stir through to combine.
