Kurume in Fukuoka Prefecture is the birthplace of Tonkotsu Ramen. Onion, ginger, and soy sauce are added to a fragrant tonkotsu soup base, creating a sweet, rich soup that highlights the umami of pork.  It has a distinct thick, cloudy white broth. 

How to use: Bring 500ml of water to boil on a stove. Add one bunch of noodles and cook for approximately 3 minutes 30 seconds, or until noodles are at the desired softness. Turn off heat and add one sachet each of powdered soup and seasoning oil. Stir through to combine.
