Pork, chicken, sardine, konbu, scallop, katsuobushi, and tuna are added to a flying fish (agodashi) base, creating a simple tasting soy sauce soup filled with flavors of the sea.
How to use: Bring 500ml of water to boil on a stove. Add one bunch of noodles and cook for approximately 3 minutes 30 seconds, or until noodles are at the desired softness. Turn off heat and add one sachet each of powdered soup and seasoning oil. Stir through to combine.
