Make a soufflé pancake from your favorite café without the use of a hand mixer. Top with whipped cream, butter, or maple syrup. It’s the perfect breakfast meal!
How to use:
Prepare 1 egg, 40 ml (about 2.5 tbsp) of milk, and 1 bag (80 g) of the Fluffy Pancake Mix. In a bowl, combine 1 egg and 40 ml of milk, and mix well. Using a whisk, add the pancake mix and mix for 1 and a half minutes. When you have a sticky dough, heat the frying pan over medium heat then turn it on low. Drop the dough on the pan making three pancakes, but leaving around 4 cm between each. Stack the dough mix equally on each pancake until there's no more left. Once small bubbles appear, cover with a lid for 3 minutes or until the edges of the dough are dry. (Make sure the heat is on low, or it might burn.) Turn it over and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Poke the dough with a toothpick, if it doesn't stick, it's done!
