This is a Shirodashi sauce made by adding soy sauce to a combination of bonito and kelp stock to make it a little sweeter. You can use it for tamagoyaki (rolled omelet), chawanmushi, and soup.

How to use for Tamagoyaki: Add 1 tablespoon of the shirodashi to two eggs and cook to make a delicious rolled egg.
